This Privacy Policy explains how Quadropic Private Limited ("Quadropic," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with Syntheo, including the getsyntheo.com website, waitlist, downloads, release pages, support channels, and related product experiences.

Syntheo is a developer tool. It is designed for professional and technical users and is not intended for children.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide. This includes your email address when you join the waitlist, contact us, request support, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us. If you send us a message, we may collect the contents of that message and related contact details.
• Website and device data. When you visit the site, our hosting, security, analytics, and performance providers may process IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, diagnostics, and similar technical information.
• Download and release data. We may process information related to release page visits, download requests, platform selection, and error diagnostics so we can provide the correct installer and understand product reliability.
• Product and support data. If you use Syntheo or ask for support, you may choose to provide logs, screenshots, prompts, project context, crash reports, or other materials. Please avoid sending secrets, private keys, credentials, or sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it for a support issue.

The website's waitlist currently stores email submissions and timestamps in Firebase/Firestore. The site also uses Vercel Speed Insights and ordinary hosting logs for performance and operational measurement.

Syntheo is described as a local-first developer workspace. We do not intentionally collect source code, local project files, terminal contents, or repository data through the public marketing website or waitlist form.

Product features may process prompts, context, files, logs, or outputs when you choose to use connected AI, cloud, collaboration, update, telemetry, or support features. Some features may depend on third-party model providers, developer platforms, or services that you connect or authorize. You are responsible for checking product settings and any third-party provider terms before sending confidential or regulated information.

We use information to:

• operate, secure, maintain, and improve Syntheo and the website;
• manage waitlist submissions, downloads, release notes, and updates;
• respond to support, sales, security, and other inquiries;
• send product announcements or marketing messages where permitted;
• measure site performance, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse;
• protect users, Quadropic, and the public from fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, compliance with law, and protection of rights and safety, depending on the context.

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand basic usage patterns.

We do not currently state that we sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide required choices.

We may disclose information to:

• service providers and processors that host, store, secure, analyze, support, email, or otherwise help us operate Syntheo;
• third-party services you choose to connect, such as AI model providers, Git hosting providers, identity providers, or developer platforms;
• Quadropic affiliates, contractors, advisors, and professional service providers under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• authorities, courts, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of our services;
• parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your waitlist email address. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve security, and comply with law. Waitlist and contact information is kept until it is no longer needed for product communications or until you ask us to delete it, unless we must retain it for legal, security, or operational reasons.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your devices, accounts, credentials, API keys, access tokens, repositories, and development environments.

Quadropic is based in India, and our service providers may process information in India, the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries where they operate. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your personal information is used and disclosed. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

California and other U.S. state residents may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain uses of personal information. Syntheo is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under a higher age where required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where required by law.
