Most Syntheo tasks follow the same simple loop:

1. Select the right workspace.
2. Choose the task mode.
3. Describe the outcome and add focused context.
4. Respond to questions or approvals.
5. Review the result and changed files.

A good default workflow#

Use one thread, the Standard preset, and Submit for a clear, focused change. Turn on Virtual Edit when you want to review changes before they reach your main workspace.

Use a more advanced workflow only when the task needs it. More agents, more context, or a stronger model do not make an unclear request clear.
